Information we collect

• Name, email address, date of birth, and phone number when you sign up.
• Pickup and dropoff locations, and live location during an active ride.
• Payment information, handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store your full card number.
• Ride history, including fares, tips, and cancellations.

How we use it

• To verify you're 18 or older and provide the ride service.
• To calculate fares, process payments, and issue receipts.
• To send you ride status updates by SMS (driver assigned, en route, arrived, completed) and by phone for account verification. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
• To share your live location with the driver during an active ride only.

Who we share it with

We use Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS and phone verification), and Mapbox (maps and geocoding) to operate the app. Each processes only the data needed to provide their service. We do not sell your information.

No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent — is shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the one-time verification code and ride-status text messages described above, sent through our messaging provider, Twilio. This category of information is never shared for marketing purposes, regardless of any other data-sharing described in this policy.

Your choices

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP, though this may limit our ability to notify you about ride status. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
